Chair – Julie Yusop

CLA Board Chair - Julie Yusop

Julie has been a member of the CLA Committee of Management (COM) for 6 years, the last two years as Chair.  She has worked in the social sector for close to four decades, predominantly in leadership roles in the Community/ Non-Profit sectors.

Deputy Chair – Bryan Taylor

CLA Board Deputy Chair - Bryan Taylor

Bryan Taylor has served on the Committee of Management Team for over three years having supported the work of the organisation over many years in his work with the Albany Police. Bryan now provides mediation services on behalf of the Department of Justice.

Treasurer – Wayne Monks

CLA Board Treasurer - Wayne Monks

Wayne has experience in senior financial/commercial roles predominantly in mining, engineering and mining services and also has board and governance experience with private insurance and not-for-profit organisations.

Committee Member – Colin May

CLA Board Member - Colin May

Colin has served on the Committee of Management for five years.  He is also a committee member of the local branch of Sailability and has also been a member of the City of Albany Disability Access and Inclusion committee for ten years.

Committee Member – Dev Ramachandran

CLA Board Member - Dev Ramachandran

Dev has over 30 years experience in both corporate and operational roles with organisations including Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton and Vale. He has held roles in business development, investment evaluation, planning and analysis.

Committee Member – Thomas Davidson

CLA Board Member - Thomas Davidson

Thomas runs his own strategy and management consulting practice serving a range of ASX listed, government and for purpose clients.  He has experience in developing and implementing growth led strategies, business cases and corporate development.

Committee Member – Duncan Guy

CLA Board Member - Duncan Guy

Currently working as General Manager Sales at Baptistcare,  Duncan is an accredited Mediator (UWA) and has worked in executive roles in business development, marketing and strategy where he has supported organisations in developing their strategic approach.

Committee Member – John Marmion

CLA Board Member - John Marmion

John is a recently retired civil engineer who has worked in the government and corporate sector and has extensive experience in corporate governance, strategic goal setting and corporate risk and opportunity assessment.

Chief Executive Officer – John Lysaught

CLA's Chief Executive Officer - John Lysaught

With several years’ senior executive level experience, John holds a strong and diverse mix of senior strategic and operational business and leadership abilities.

He has held senior roles at Cranes Community Support in Grafton NSW as well as Q Shelter, Endeavour Group Australia and Forrest Personnel.  John is passionate about results for customers, high quality service delivery, process improvement and developing the people around him.

Chief Financial Officer – Penny Bryant

Penny Bryant has been with CLA since 2014. Before working for CLA, Penny worked as Senior Accountant with Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services in Broome. HR Manager – Renee Sarich

CLA's HR Manager - Renee Sarich

Renee Sarich joined CLA in April 2018. After an 18 year career in health, she moved to the not-for-profit sector working for Community First International and the Aboriginal Legal Service. [read more="Read More" less="Read Less"]She has also been involved in coaching and education programs in areas such as Governance and HR Management. Renee enjoys art, travel and looking after her teacup poodle when she is not working.[/read]

Executive Officer – Vicki Corpus

CLA's Executive Officer - Vicki Corpus

Executive Officer Vicki Corpus has worked at CLA since 2009 in a range of roles including accommodation Manager, Acting CEO, Contracts Manager and Project Manager. [read more="Read More" less="Read Less"] Before joining CLA, Vicki worked in a number of roles including Retail Management, Coordinator at an Aged Care organisation and as Manager of a women’s refuge. She also worked as a Training and Program Coordinator at a women’s refuge.[/read]
