CLA is a well-established provider of Individualised Disability Support in Albany and surrounds in the Lower Great Southern (LGS), assisting people with daily living and life skills. The organisation has grown rapidly in recent years from its inception in 1991. It is the largest provider of individualised care in the Albany area and one of the area’s biggest employers, with almost 300 employees.
A client survey in April 2018 indicated that 100% of Customers who completed the survey agreed with the following statements:
- My Coordinator and support team work with me to achieve my goals
- My support team know how to support me well
- CLA supports me to access other services when needed
- CLA staff are respectful of my culture
Over 90% of Customers agreed with the statement “Overall I am satisfied with the services and supports I receive from CLA”.
The pleasing results of the CLA Individual Customer Survey demonstrate that the organisation continues to provide an exceptionally high standard of service as we transition into the new National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) era.
