Renee joined CLA early in 2018 and has extensive experience in Human Resources with a background predominately in the Mining industry. She has a passion for people and supporting organisations to strive to be their best.  Renee is very enthusiastic about her new role and enjoys working in a field that is about people living their best life. Renee is married with a beautiful daughter, which takes up all her time outside of work.

Human Resources Oncall Officer – Maggie Cooke

Maggie has worked with CLA since 2011 as a Support Worker, Relief Coordinator, Relief Roster Clerk and currently as an After-Hours Officer, a role she has enjoyed for the past five years.  Prior to CLA she worked in the Aged Care and Disabilities sectors as an Agency Personal Assistant in a variety of care settings including dementia wards, hospitals and with disability support providers. In her time off, she enjoys camping, sewing and walking her dog.

Human Resources Team Paul Goode – OSH Coordinator

Paul Goode has worked at CLA for almost twelve years initially as Support Worker.  At first, he was involved in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in a voluntary capacity, doing some project work and then becoming a CLA OSH committee member. After completing an OSH Diploma in 2010, Paul was engaged to work on various projects and in 2015 became the full-time OSH Coordinator.  He enjoys spending time tending to his rural property.

Human Resources Team IT Officer – Tegan O’Neill

Tegan has worked at CLA since 2014 as IT Project Officer. She manages the computer network, servers, email systems and mobile devices, and also provides IT support and advice to staff and Customers. Previously, she worked in hospitality as a Manager and as a Pizza Chef. She is passionate about Graphic Design and Website Development and in her spare time, she hangs out with her daughter and enjoys sewing, crochet and playing computer games.

Human Resources Team Receptionist & Executive Assistant – Monika Landauf

Monika has been with CLA since 2017.  She has worked in administration and hospitality in the past and has also worked as a massage therapist, yoga teacher, gym instructor and horticulturalist.  Monika loves to relax by walking in the bush, cycling and gardening.  She loves to travel and likes being outdoors as much as possible.
