We build your team to suit you, not us. At CLA, we aim to ensure that you are comfortable with every member of your support team. With our workforce of almost 200 employees, you will enjoy continuity of support.
7. We Walk The Talk
At CLA we are proud to have people with disabilities on our staff – at a senior level on our Committee of Management and in our administrative staff. We also include Customers in our strategic planning, the development of our community access and inclusion strategies, our publications and in training delivery when appropriate.
8. Well-Trained Staff
Our support workers receive training on an ongoing basis by our in-house Training team and by external subject matter experts who visit regularly. In addition, many of our workers have achieved Cert IV and Cert lll in Disability Support.

At CLA, we want our Customers to have fun which is why we organise a whole range of social and educational activities for Customers to enjoy including archery, ten-pin bowling, art, sports, camping, cooking, music, coffee clubs and much more.
