Therapy Assistant:

Community Living Association are seeking a part-time Therapy Assistant to work within our Allied Health Team. The role spans over four days a week, 8.30am-5.00pm.

Our NDIS registered organisation is seeking a motivated Service Planner to assist our customers to plan and control the services they receive. In this exciting role you will be responsible for the effective assessment of customer needs, managing their entry to our services, undertaking person centred planning and review functions and establishing required resources to achieve their goals.
