The Role

We are seeking a motivated Workforce Planner to provide effective rostering of staff to meet operational needs and ensure the highest standard of service. In this exciting role you will be an integral part of the Service Delivery team committed to providing person centred support in line with CLA’s core values.

 Essential Criteria

  • Roster staff to meet operational need;
  • Ensure the most efficient and effective use of staff resourcing is maintained whilst adhering to Award conditions;
  • Maintain detailed and accurate up to date information of staff availability in collaboration with Coordinators
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in relation to CLA staff and its customers;
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to problem solve efficiently and effectively
  • Strong communicator who can express themselves clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to keep calm and professional when dealing with issues
  • Demonstrated experience in using software packages including Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level of skill and knowledge of CRM databases
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

 Pre-requisites

  • A qualification in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience working with people with a disability, families and caregivers.
