SingAbility is back!
After a break due to public health covid-19 safety requirements, we are very excited to bring SingAbility back to our community with the continued support from Lotterywest.
This program provides real opportunities for connection and community participation through music and singing.
Last year the SingAbility group performed as part of the Christmas Festival in the Town Square. This event was a highlight for all the participants.
Our CEO, Russell Nelson said, SingAbility reflects CLA’s vision to empower people with disability to live the life they choose by providing choice and accessibility to new experiences.
Theresa Hughes will continue to excel as choir director for the group. She has has been involved in community music programs for 20 years and brings a wealth of experience to the program.
SingAbility will recommence on Monday 2 May 2022, with weekly workshops being held at CLA’s Centre for Excellence
from 1.30 – 3pm.
For information please contact Community Development Officer, Claudia Simpson on 9842 3855. New participants are welcome, just complete the registration form below and deliver it to the CLA reception.
The workshops are free, and places are strictly limited.
Eligibility: Supported Participants over 16 years who have a Disability Support Pension (DSP) pension card are eligible to register for the program.
